After going through your blog posts and reading up on Money Saving Mom's blogs about saving 100% down for a house...I think I may bring the idea up to DH tonight. We hate living in our condo, but if we can save up for a few years like MSM did...maybe we COULD buy a house 100% with cash....and we'd have our condo to sell and have money to put into the bank, or house for repairs. You're such an ispiration!

Thanks! I know you can do it. It is so nice when you can own your home outright and just pay the school and property taxes every year. The sense of freedom you get makes it all worth the sacrifice. It is not easy as I am sure MSM would tell you but it is so rewarding. Just keep pinching those pennies and it all adds up. I am so excited watching so many people buy their house and cars with cash! :-)

Thanks! I think you had enough with the last few storms but I wish we were only getting rain. Not the case. It has already started snowing here.
The utilities will be delayed because the power company crews will get sent to other parts of the state to help with downed lines and power outages.
