I wish I could sleep anywhere anytime like kitty can. Actually she sleeps so much during the day that she wakes me up at 4AM every morning looking for wet food even thought she has plenty of dry food.
Today was one of those days when I wish I could curl up and just go to sleep. Waking up to all of the pictures gone from my blog was very upsetting. Luckily the content is still there.
After trying all morning to fix the problem and then finding out I couldn't, DH said let's just go out for a while. I thought good idea; it will clear my mind. So we ended up at BJ's because DH had never been there and wanted to get his picture put on his membership card. So after a trip to get cash at the bank, off we went to BJ's. Not a good move. DH loved BJ's; especially the electronics section. So we checked out and the bill was $ 268.+. Now I remember why I never take DH shopping with me. It ruins the budget. So I will be breaking down the bill tonight to log into my journals and see if any budget categories were upended. Hopefully not. I am leaving him home next time I go there.
So no money saving got done here today. I am slowly trying to put pictures that I have on my computer back up on the blog. I will never restore all of the 4 years worth
because I no longer have a lot of them. But I will eventually restore all that I can.
After just having dinner, I am going to bed early and watch my shows that I watch on Tuesday night. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. :-) I will be back with the money saving tomorrow. However, those of you who did save money today, please feel free to leave a comment on this post and share that money saving with all of us.

Have you checked your picasa album from google that holds all the pics....?
You click my account on the dashboard site in the upper right corner...ten find the picasa web album and see if they are still there ...maybe you can get them back loaded onto the blogger, just not sure ...?...but a thought

My best buy of the day was at Meijer. This week they have Kool-Aid Jammers (juice box/pouches) on sale 3/$5. If/when you buy 3, you get an instant $3 off. Plus if you have signed up for mPerks (they send you texts about special deals/offers and you can clip digital coupons) there was an additional $1 off 3. Therefore I was able to get 3-10 count boxes of the pouches for $1. MI has no sales tax on food (groceries) I was able to do this twice. I have access to my mom's mPerks info. :) Net result was 6-10 count boxes of fruit juice pouches for $2.00 My nephews will be in juice for a goodly bit of time.
my kitties wake me up every morning at 4am as well so it must be their internal clock :)

My cable TV website has gifts you can get with points that you collect. I have no idea how I get these points but I have about 50,000. Every now and then they have a $10 Walmart GC for 8,000 points. I have one and ordered another. You can only get one at a time. Therefore, I will be $10 richer and will use them for food or incidentals that we need.

Husbands are budget killers for sure! Don't worry about the pictures... they are in the past and the content is what counts. Just put a message up in your sidebar or somewhere to let people know they are gone and it's beyond your control. You are busy enough as it is!

As you are frugal minded regarding stockpile/storage: I just had a question regarding ground coffee storage. I recently was able to purchase Starbucks ground coffee after Christmas for a very good price with coupons, but now I need to know if there are any suggestions regarding storage: refrigerate, freeze, or shelf? I thought you or your readers might have some insight on this. Can anyone help?

I freeze all my extra bags of coffee and just take it out when I need it. Check for an expiraton date. It should be ok on the shelf until then. I also know some people refrigerate it. I freeze it because then I don't have to worry about exp. dates.
Precious, a few days ago I noticed that pictures were missing from your blog, but they're back now. Is this what you're talking about? Hope you get lots of rest!

I wish the pictures were back but they are not. They were permanently
deleted. The ones you are seeing are the few that I have put back from my picture album. I will be working to restore as many as I can.
