It's Only Goodbye for a Little While
I will be leaving for Florida very early tomorrow morning. DH will be staying home and taking care of the cat. The one thing I always hate when flying is the boarding. I have dreaded it all week. I hate the security pat down that I have to go through because I have knee replacements. So this morning I got up really early and checked in and got my boarding pass. I was fortunate to get in Boarding Group A. Checking in with my son, they also got in Boarding Group A. We are very close to each other with the position numbers so we should be able to sit across the aisle from each other. So that took some of the stress out of the trip for me. Now all I have to do is get through the security and I will be golden. Flying, I love so that is not a problem.
I have been running around doing last minute packing and making sure that I have everything. But I did manage to get out and get the Free gallon of windshield wiper fluid. I didn't even have to pay tax. And we had a visit from Katie and West so that West and Grandpa could see each other before we leave.
It is so warm here today( 57) that we also went for a long walk around the neighborhood and saw so many people walking also that we hadn't seen all winter.
All of you keep up your money saving while I am gone. I will be back posting again a week from tomorrow. I am going electronic free - no laptop, no tablet and no cellphone. Less for me to worry about. Plus I get to have a real vacation without those things.

Have a wonderful trip !! The weather is really nice in Florida. I live about an hour North of Disney World and it is Sunny and 81 right now.
When we use to go to Disney World we would go straight to the back of the parks and work our way toward the front. A lot of the people start at the front where you come in and work their way to the back. Going straight to the back helped with the lines not being so long to get on the rides.

I loathe those security pat downs.. they are a breach of our own security! I used to love flying until the TSA....
